At Henry Machine, Inc. , we recognize that speed and accuracy is what our customers are most concerned about, so we use Fadal CNC Vertical Mill and
Cincinnti CNC Lather. These quality machines guarantee a high degree of ccuracy and repeatability in all production requirements. Our Prototype team consists of top Machinists who can machine complex parts within extremely Fine tolerances. We machine parts with tolerances of _/-.0002 or less and all within one to two weeks in most cases.
Precision Measuring instruments are periodically calibrated by approved specialists with records kept on the premises. Certificatess of Conformancess for manufacturing methods, as well as certs for materials and outside processes are provided per the requirements of the purchase order. Our Coordinate Measuring Machine, as well as all calibrated instruments, are kept available to all personnel to assure that the highest level of accuracy is maintained at all workstations. All work and processes performed at Henry Machine, Inc. are executed in accordance with the requirements of MIL-1-45208a.
Material Types - We handle all material types including aluminum, brass, stainless steel, plastic, and mild steel. We specialize in the machining of castings and extrusions. 
Precision CNC Machining - Programmable state-of-the-art CNC precision milling centers (see our equipment listing for more details). Difficult "Hog Outs" from billet - Our experienced staff can take on the more difficult jobs with tight tolerances and critical dimensions. Vacuum integrity - Henry Machine can procure your vacuum tight parts and test them on-site with our Varian Helium Leak Detectors. 
Large and small part capability - 63"x 58"x 45" is our largest all around. The rule of thumb on our small parts is; If we can hold it, we can machine it!
 Quality CMM equipment - Programmable CMM inspection equipment with PCDMS software for "Direct Inspect" capability (see our equipment list for more information).
Polishing Area - Henry Machine can accommodate your stringent requirements to meet all your functional and cosmetic needs on castings and solid works.
Paperless Systems - Henry Machine can meet all of your needs via the computer system, EDI, files, quotes, prints, questionaires and CAD/CAM information.
Complete To Print - We specialize in complete to print projects. Material or casting, machining, plating/paint, test and inspection. 
Assembly - We can procure mechanical assemblies with some electrical features.
